Went to Evans Tire on 1st Ave for an alignment and tire rotation. The alignment work itself was solid. My car's steering was pulling and off-center before the visit, and both issues were completely fixed after the service. The technician did fix it and I could feel the difference immediately. A couple of things other customers should know though: First, I had to bring up their own ALN60 coupon myself to get the $60 discount. It's advertised prominently on their website but wasn't mentioned or applied automatically when I checked in. If I hadn't known to ask, I would have paid full price ($149.99 instead of $89.99). That's a $60 difference for asking about a coupon they were currently running. Second, the tread depth measurement on my inspection report was significantly off. Evans measured my tires at 5/32" all around in May. Three months and about 2,300 miles later, my Nissan dealership measured the same tires at 7-8/32". Since tire tread doesn't grow back, one of these was wrong. Given my tires were only two years old at the time, the Nissan reading is more consistent with actual wear. I had no idea this place was nearby and decided to get my oil changed. As soon as I arrived I was greeted at the front while the representative was busy with another task. I was then helped within a few minutes and handed over my keys to get my car serviced. They were very helpful and checked my car for any other issues. The process took about 30-40 minutes. They were efficient and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be coming back here when I need my car serviced again.

Vincent was great Jose was great and the last person that worked on the car was great too. They have a nice working relationship between the team members. I liked the cleanliness of the place and felt that they were honest and did a good job. I would go back. I had them check out what I thought might end up being a flat turned out to be a very small screw - Ask them to check the alignment and it was off and then asked them to work on the windshield wiper jets.

I went in to get my back tire patched. But thanks to Carlos and the crew, it was discovered that my tires were over 5 years old and the wear was significant. My wife and I were heading up north for the weekend so I needed new tires for a safe trip. I was also informed that my vehicle was in need of a front end alignment. I spend far more than I had planned but my peace of mind driving up north was worth. Thanks to the crew at Evan’s Tires for looking out for my safety.

Unfortunately I got a flat tire today. Luckily Evan Tire was available to help! Service was great. No wait and close to Little Italy so I could grab a bite to eat with the little time I had. Thanks for getting us back on the road!
